Our most important investment is in our people. Our incredible team are our shop window, so it is essential that they represent the company well.

We make sure our team are well-trained, looked after and well-rewarded. We pay more than the London Living Wage to every employee and are one of only a handful of cleaning companies in London to do so.

Every staff member has guaranteed hours with no zero-hour contracts and a clearly defined career ladder. We always try to promote from within where possible.

We have comprehensive equality and diversity policies, making sure our recruitment processes are fair. We create equal opportunities and do not tolerate any sort of discrimination. At least half of the current senior management of the team are women. 

All the staff members receive UhUb training, which arms them with sustainable, transferable skills.
