The NEW Living Wage rates for 2023/24 are out!
London Living wage has increased to £13.15 per hour and as a committed LLW employer we will begin implementing the new rate from 2024.
The real Living Wage is an hourly rate of pay set independently and updated annually (not the UK government’s National Living Wage). It is calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK, and employers choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis.
As a B Corp and ethical company that deeply cares about our workers, we are excited to be paying at least the London Living Wage to all of our employees.
Living Wage UK’s new London Living Wage means a pay-rise for our staff and we are proud to be one of the few accredited cleaning companies, committed to paying at least the London Living Wage to all its staff. It’s never been more important than during the cost of living crisis.
