At Hive Cleaning we have always understood the huge importance of training and personal development. Something which is sadly massively overlooked in the cleaning industry as a whole.
We are constantly seeking out new technologies and better ways of doing things and are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest technical innovation.
The Hive Training, Engagement and Reward App will go live on the first week of November 2017.
The software will give instant access to a library of bespoke training videos at the click of a button. At the end of each video there is a randomised comprehension test, which, once successfully completed allows the user to gain recognition points which lead to rewards.
The training element in its self is revolutionary but we have gone one step further and integrated a plethora of useful content ranging from Holiday applications and quality audits through to company H&S documents and employee handbook.
We are confident this will be another huge step forward in shaping the future of our already great company and help ensure we continue to lead the way.
