The last year has been very difficult for everyone but it was a good one for our urban bees.
All but one of our colonies survived the winter and have produced a bumper crop of honey.
The honey harvest is now in full swing and we will be delivering the end result of all their hard work to our customers and community charities over the coming weeks.
For those that don’t know us, we are a low carbon cleaning company with strong environmental and ethical credentials. As part of our biodiversity and sustainability structure we adopt a beehive with every new cleaning contract and currently support over 1 million bees in London and the home counties. This is a great way for us to engage with people to discuss sustainability and how CO2 reduction needs to be everyone’s top priority.
