Our spring of 2025 was so busy and productive that we have just stopped to list all the new clients and welcome them to the Hive. We are so excited to start working with them and introducing our unique brand of quality, ethical, sustainable cleaning to all these offices.

GMB – Goodman Mann Broomhall was established in 1874, and with 150 years of experience, they offer a wide range of property services - from asset management to surveying. They describe themselves as ‘’a well-respected and trusted group of partners leading a strong team with a variety of skillsets within the property industry. Combining a dynamic approach with traditional core values, GMB is both an FCA and RICS-accredited firm, proudly offering reliable and expert property advice to our valued clients.’’
Koba - an evidence-based, sustainable workspace - is already a customer as we are their nationwide provider, looking after their co-working space in Manchester, and we were eager to work with them in London too. Their impressive commitment to sustainability and social value is close to our hearts, and it’s wonderful to work with people who welcome and embrace our eco-friendly and green cleaning approach and operations. Next Beat is a very exciting music apps and games company – and a new start-up with some amazing offerings. Their social media claims that they are ‘’currently in stealth ... but de-cloaking soon’’ and we can’t wait to see what they are unveiling. It will spin out two hugely successful music and gaming platforms, Beatstar and Countrystar – you can learn more about them here.

Talon describe itself as ‘’...the world's leading independently owned Out of Home agency serving brands, advertisers and media partners. We're headquartered in London with offices in major markets across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific.’’ They are doing some impressive advertising work with major brands as their clients, and everyone would be familiar with their incredibly witty ‘Should have gone to Specsavers van’ picture.

One of the best things about our job is that we meet all these diverse, vibrant and wonderful businesses, and we look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration with everyone.
