We are delighted to announce that Hive Cleaning Ltd have been appointed as the cleaning and soft services contractor for Soho Estates' newest development, the stunning Ilona Rose House.
Built on the site of the famous Foyles bookshop on Charing Cross Road, Ilona Rose House boasts, 8 floors of high-quality office space, retail, restaurants, art gallery, a nightclub and eight apartments.
The striking 3D printed glass reinforced concrete (GRC) exterior, patinated brass on the lower floors and rose-patterned pale pink higher up and cantilevered front façade, make Ilona Rose House a truly stunning and unique new addition to the capital and our client list! The Hive team are eager to get started in early April 2022. Well done to the tender team and our MD Louis Beaumont who drove the bid.
