We are very proud to present Carolina Bermudez, the winner of the Hill Club 2021 Cleaning awards.
Carolina joined as a cleaning operative in late 2018, her outstanding organisational skills, dedication and quality of her work soon caught the attention of senior management. She was fast tracked through our supervisor training programme in early 2019 and rapidly promoted to the position of supervisor, overseeing a portfolio of 12 sites.
Unsurprisingly she excelled in the role and by the summer of 2019 she was appointed the full time Operations supervisor for one of our key clients, FORA. FORA is a luxury serviced office provider with very high standards and a strong environmental focus, so this was no walk in the park.
Once again Carolina stepped up to the plate and exceeded all expectations. She made many sustainability and environmental recommendations which were taken on board and implemented. The customer feedback and site metrics speak volumes:
low staff turnover
consistently high audit scores
100% customer satisfaction rates
reduced carbon footprint
reduced plastic waste.
Due to FORA expansion, in May 2021 Carolina was promoted to FORA Estate Manager and now has 2 dedicated supervisors and over 50 cleaners in her team. She is currently in the process of rolling out new Toucan Eco technology and the accompanying training across her sites. Not surprisingly she is already ahead of schedule!
