World Environment Day

World Environment Day is celebrated annually on 5 June and encourages awareness and action for the protection of the environment.

First celebrated in 1973, this important occasion has grown into a key platform for addressing critical environmental issues such as marine pollution, climate change, sustainable living, and the protection of wildlife. For us, as a sustainable and eco-friendly cleaning company in London, it's also an opportunity to reflect on how our practices can support a cleaner, greener future.

This year's World Environment Day calls for collective action to tackle plastic pollution and we'd like to share some facts and figures and also talk about our own steps we take at Hive Cleaning to beat plastic pollution in this short video below.
